  • Getting started is simple. Place your order today by making your payment on our store. Your xylophone will arrive within 20 days unless back-ordered. Once your payment has cleared, you will have immediate access to the PlayMusic online video school under “Sign In”.

  • Refunds are available up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Shipping may take 7-10 days. Refunds for xylophones is $100 and $300 for the class. This covers our cost of providing customer service and staff for shipping and receiving.

  • No one can guarantee that all will succeed. We can say that Play Music provides a learning opportunity like no other available at this time. If a student plays through the entire course, they will have gained the ability to read and play music on the treble staff. Reading bass staff and advanced rhythms come in subsequent courses.
