Getting started is simple. Place your order today by making your payment on our store. Your xylophone will arrive within 20 days unless back-ordered. Once your payment is processed you will have immediate access to the PlayMusic video school under “Sign In”.

Refunds are available up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Shipping may take 10-20 days. Refunds for xylophones are $100 and $300 for the class. This allows for our expenses. No refunds are given on instruments earned through the Ambassador Referral Progam.

PlayMusic xylophones are designed specifically for this course. They are medium quality instruments which provide a good tone quality and sturdy instrument at a reasonable cost. The purpose of this course is to teach people to read and play music. They are not designed for professional performance though they can certainly be used for performance. These are regularly used in Public and Private schools. Upon request PlayMusic is able to provide more expensive instrument.
